Olumuyiwa Ayodeji Badmus – The Chairman, is customer service oriented professional with a proven track record with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, proactive, and good manager of human/material resources based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Muyiwa is highly organized and dependable team player with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills. He is well-balanced in the ability to multi-task without compromise to quality or productivity. Results oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
Muyiwa has a Master in Business Administration with specialty in Accounting and Finance from Ogun State University and H.N.D in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology Lagos, Nigeria. An energetic coach with proven abilities to mentor colleagues; provide creative and innovative solutions and recognized for establishing and maintaining diverse relationships at every level of the organization.
Muyiwa held top positions in various organisations he earlier worked for which include Chief Executive Officer at God’s Deed Venture, Chief Operating Officer with Bovie Investment Nigeria Ltd and Branch Manager of various branches of Access Bank Plc.
He successfully Increased deposit liabilities of various bank branches and achieved the highest of =N=2.3b at Creek Road Branch of Intercontinental Bank PLC.
Muyiwa effectively managed group of companies with business interest in Education, Farming, Construction, Energy and Concrete Industries. He conceived, set up and started operations of Concrete Industries with production capacity of 150bags of cement for various products, Poultry farming with over 10,000 birds, Fish farming with over 40,000 fishes and Plantain / Cassava flour factory with installed production capacities of 2tons and 500kg respectively per day.
Kemi Makanju

Oluwakemi Makanju – Director of Corporate Communications is a graduate of University of Lagos with B. A. in English Language, Literature. She also has a Master Degree in Marketing from University of Salford, United Kingdom (UK).
Oluwakemi started her career in writing, editing, and publishing, before moving to the development world where she consults on different developmental programs. She combines business development and program coordination particularly on projects with developmental impacts in Africa and commands over 12 years of multi-disciplinary experience in marketing communications.
Kemi is skilled qualified and diligent communication professional with immense knowledge of developing and managing the corporate public relation activities.
She is creative and purpose driven with an impressive consulting experience.
Kemi has an uninterrupted work experience of over 11years with IFC (International Finance Corporation) focusing on general project management and the renewable energy sector.
Her areas of expertise include private sector development, creating Markets, business development, supply chains, marketing communications & Strategy, program operations & management and conducting consumer education and awareness to mention few.
Kemi is a senior volunteer consultant with The Beautified.
Chima Ndubuisi
Project Engineer
Chima is a COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria ) certified engineer with his first degree from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria in Civil Engineering B.Eng. He has over 14 years’ experience handling several high end projects. He worked as a trainee with Julius Berger in 2005.
Chima has worked as Project Engineer and Project Manager with Construction companies such as Dantata and Sawoe Construction Company, Primrose Developments, Arbico PLC Lagos. He was the main project engineer for the Incar Plaza in Abuja, A10- floor high end commercial development and also Heritage Place Ikoyi, where he was the main overall project manager
His roles and responsibilities in construction include- project management, resolution of engineering and technical issues, construction planning and management, managing site activities, preparation of engineering drawings, Co-ordination of site meetings with MEP and specialty sub-contractors; Implementation of best practices on site, engineering designs, building and civil construction works, building information management, work scheduling and sequencing, project progress tracking, liaise with project stakeholders in achieving project requirements.
He also has certifications in Bentley Institute, US certificate of Accomplishment STAAD PRO V8i, ETF AutoCAD Training Seminar Certificate of Participation. He is a prestigious member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers ( NSE) and also PMI ( Project Management Institute)
Abimbola Oyesanya
Marketing and client Relationship Manager
Abimbola graduated from the English Department of the University of Lagos in 2006. She has had a career in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing and client Relationship Management in The Telecommunications and Construction Industry.
She has a natural passion for Construction; this led her to acquire more knowledge in it by taking courses at the Interior Design Institute UK and also a Diploma from YabaTech in Interior Design and Entrepreneurship.
She has used the knowledge gained and harnessed a lot of hands on experience especially in Project Management, Space Planning, Lighting and Color usage on Projects.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers UK, with certificates in both Strategic Marketing and Mastering Metrics.
