Proven Leadership: As the pioneer Facilities Manager at Heritage Place, Nigeria's first LEED-certified commercial building, Faratoluwa successfully led a diverse team, managing over $12m in annual revenue and implementing best practices across all facility operations. He implemented a proactive strategy at Heritage Place to address the COVID-19 pandemic, making it one of the first multi-tenanted commercial buildings in Nigeria to demonstrate this level of emergency preparedness.

He later served as Managing Director of First Ally Properties, a subsidiary of First Ally Capital Group, demonstrating his leadership capabilities within a financial serv1ees group.

Strategic Growth & Innovation: Faratoluwa has a demonstrated ability to drive significant business growth. At Propel, he repositioned the firm to a 400% increase in gross turnover in less than a year. He is committed to environmental sustainability and delivering value to stakeholders.

Credentials & Expertise: Faratoluwa finished with a distinction in Real Estate Economics & Finance from The London School of Economics, a Master's degree in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lagos State University. He is also a Certified Member of The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) UK and International Facilities Management Association(IFMA) USA, holding the FMP credential.
