Propel Properties & Facilities Services Limited was founded to redefine real estate and facilities management in Nigeria through world-class service, innovation, and integrity.

Our story began after more than 13 years of experience managing some of Nigeria’s most prestigious commercial properties, including the country’s first LEED-certified smart commercial building. This extensive industry experience inspired the creation of Propel on August 5, 2019, by our Managing Director, Faratoluwa Oyesanya.

Today, we provide expert solutions in Facilities Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Project and Construction Management, Real Estate Advisory, Fleet Management, and Lease Management. Our commitment to excellence has earned industry recognition, including an award from the Lagos State Government.
